How much does delivery cost?

• Prices vary by the delivery location. In general, you can expect to pay between $100 and $125 per 1000 fliers delivered. 

Is there a minimum number of fliers you deliver?

• Yes, 5000 is the minimum number for delivery. 

Where do you deliver?

• We are based in Michigan and work throughout the Metropolitan Detroit area.  Click here to see a full list of our distribution areas.

Do I need to have the fliers already made up, or can you print them?

• We specialize in residential delivery.  We do, however, have limited printing capabilities, and printing incurs an additional cost.
  

I don't know how many fliers I need to cover a specific area- Can you help me with that?

• We have mapping software that uses census data to show how many single residences are in a given zip code or geographic area.  If you give us a zip code or outline a territory, we can get you an approximate number.  If you already have fliers printed, we can tell you how far you can get with what you have.  

How long will it take to do my delivery?

• We deliver 50,000 fliers in a day. 

What are my options for putting the fliers on doors?

• There are a couple different options:

1) Fliers are rolled up and attached to the door handle or designated handbill receptacle with a rubber band.  This is the preferred method because it requires the customers' engagement- they have to at least look at it!

2) The flier is in a plastic bag and hung the bag from the door.  There is a cost for this service, but it's affordable- less than 2 cents per 1000 bags.

3) Door hanger-style fliers.  This is the least preferred method because many door-hanger designs just aren't very sturdy, and tend to rip and come loose. 

Where should I drop off my fliers to be delivered?

• You can drop off fliers at our warehouse, which is located conveniently in Detroit at 1947 W. Fort Street.  If our Dearborn office is closer to you, you can call to arrange delivery.

Will I get an invoice?

• We will fax or email an invoice to you as soon as we settle all the details of when and where we're delivering, how many fliers you have, and the price per thousand delivered.

How can I pay my invoice?

• You can pay by check or credit card (MasterCard and Visa).

When is payment due?

• Payment is due before delivery, usually when you drop off the fliers to us.  If you'd like to pay by credit card, we can charge the amount when we create the invoice. 

Is delivery guaranteed?

• There are no 100% guarantees, but we're always trying out new ways to better our service.  We've been in business for over 75 years and we get at least two or three referrals from previous clients every month, so it seems like we're doing something right.
